PHILADELPHIA TRAINING SCHOOL

Last Saturday I visited the Philadelphia Alexander Technique Teacher Training School. The space is so, so beautiful. I wish that I had pictures of the room inside! I got there early enough to take some pictures with my new camera in the cold, slanted morning light. Inside, it is even more perfect for the work being done by the students there. Each of the two times that I have joined them for a day, it just felt right. Like being content, and well. The hall invites you to fill its space with movement and sound and ideas, and still somehow manages to be entirely peaceful and restful. I'm so glad I was able to visit.
